Writing is my strength and passion and I've pretty much been scribing all my life. My latest news is that, after being published too many times to count in newspapers and magazines, I started writing horror fiction again a couple of years ago… this after a 26-year hiatus from that craft. My first published fiction, Migraine , can be found here if you look for it, that is, if you dare. It's not a Bambi story, so don't read it if you're too sensitive. I'm quite gentle, my imagination is not.

Bodybuilding has also been a hobby since I was a teen, one of those on-again,off-again things that does NOT a champion make. Still, I believe in flexing physical muscles as well as mental ones from time to time, so pumping iron is important to me. Besides, it's good for the bones, or so they say.... UPDATE: A torn bicep tendon suffered in 2003 made my workouts mental more than physical nowadays, though I still try to get the heart muscle beating furiously at the gym a couple of times a week.
