I became a unit publicist in 1994, when the man who hired me for The Biz, David Novek, was attracted by my writing. You've got to write well to do the job properly.... those production notes are killers. I've worked on some 60 films and TV series and, yes, I am a huge sci-fi and horror aficionado... I co-hosted an annual Halloween Show for a decade on CJAD, Montreal's top English AM station. Some genre films I've worked on: Screamers, with Peter Weller, Roy Dupuis and Jennifer Rubin; Sci-Fighters, with Roddy Piper and Billy Drago; Night of the Demons III, with Amelia Kinkade; Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World, with Jayne Heitmeyer; Hemoglobin (a.k.a. Bleeders) with Roy Dupuis and Rutger Hauer; and Season II of the erotic horror series The Hunger, hosted by David Bowie.
